We can use a manual system like Metacarta Labs Rectifier http://labs.metacarta.com/rectifier/ . My groups is also developing an unsupervised referencing algorithm that may work extremely well for OAM, but 'developing' is certainly the key word :)--Lippitt 13:22, 22 August 2007 (MDT)
